Taoist systems of self healing, health promotion and disease prevention believe that true prevention can only be gained from a strong internal energy system. Life force or the intelligent energy (Qi) that powers your body’s physical organ systems must flow smoothly throughout the body. Achieving this flow can be accomplished with astonishing simplicity and ease through powerful Qigong movements. This workshop will teach you seven self healing/health promoting Taoist Qigong movement that stimulate the energy flow through the key energy pathways running through the breast area. Be proactive in your breast health and learn this simple wellness tool. Margaret trained at the Traditional Chinese Medicine World Foundation in order to instruct this class.

Level I Reiki
For
Healthcare Providers and Caregivers

As “western medicine’s” understanding and use of energy medicine grows, healthcare providers are taking note. A growing number of patients/clients are asking for alternatives to add to their medical and nursing care.

Provide yourself with the education and ability to enhance the health care of yourself, your family members and your clients. You will be a Certified Level I Practitioner after this class.

Course Objectives:
Educate caregivers on the history of Reiki
Educate caregivers on the benefits of energy medicine
Basic review of anatomy
Discuss evidence based practice in the health care setting
Discuss basic legal issues regarding alternative care
Attune and awaken Reiki Healing Energy within the caregiver
Educate the caregiver on the healing hand positions for self
Educate the caregiver on healing hands positions for others
Practice hand positions on self and classmates

Level I Intensive One Day
8 am until 8 pm
This Level I class is taught in one day. It is a full day of learning and fun.  You will be a Certified Level I Practitioner at completion of the class.

Level II Reiki
For
Healthcare Providers and Caregivers

Inner Light Recovery encourages healthcare providers who have obtained their Level I Training to progress to Level II. By practicing as a Level I Reiki Practitioner, you will refine your ability to “listen” to the Reiki Energy. Level II Reiki Class provides students with the healing symbols and the ability to provide distant healing.

Margaret encourages that you have attended at least two Reiki Shares (there are many to choose from), have performed at least one full Reiki session with traditional hand positions(not including the one done in Level I class), and recite the Reiki Principles at least once a day prior to attending her Level II class. She is available to help you meet these requirements.

Level II Two Day

Friday Nov. 5th (8am-4pm)
Saturday Nov 6 (9am-3pm)

Level II Two Day Beach Retreat
Located in beautiful Stone Harbor, this class option needs to be scheduled 3 months in advance. Please call or e-mail for details.
Cost: $180.00 plus $120.00/person/night (meals not included)

STEP stands for SYSTEMATIC TRAINING FOR EFFECTIVE PARENTING. Parenting in our current society can be challenging. The STEP Program provides parents with concrete tools for making their parenting skills more effective. The concepts are based upon psychologist Alfred Adler’s work.

Inner Light Provides coaching and support as you incorporate Reiki into your care. Support can be accessed in the following forms:

REIKI SHARES

Dates:

Reiki Shares is a place for Reiki Practitioners to practice and build their experience.

RSVP please so I know how many massage tables will be needed.
Cost: $5.00 per person to cover rent of space.
